London – 8 February 2000 – Ted B. Miller, Jr., Chairman and CEO of Crown Castle International Corp. (CICC) announced that Bob Giles was named Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer for Crown Castle UK Limited, reporting to President and Chief Operating Officer, Alan Rees.

Miller commented that "Mr. Giles will play a crucial role in business strategy, finance and operations, as Crown Castle’s emphasis on international strategic initiatives continues."

Mr. Giles has 27 years experience in the commercial real estate, banking, and energy sectors. Prior to joining Crown Castle, Mr. Giles was president of Title Network, Ltd., a real estate services firm that he owned in partnership with Goldman Sachs.
